Some of you came down and enjoyed the sunshine, the scenery and the craic last year...read Diarmuid O'Colmain's comments on the forum last year. This year's dates are Little Sliabh Bhui 28th March, Kilbrannish South April 25th and Gibbet Hill 9th May. Full details of the events here on the IMRA site. Entry fee is only €5. There are now 2 excellent routes to get you quickly to the sunny south east...the N/M11 as before and the new M9 to just south of Carlow with a 20 minute drive on the N80 to Bunclody which is close to race 2 and 3. The first race is the day after the Wicklow Way ultra/trail. It is a gentle 4 mile run and would be an excellent cool down!! We will also be organising the Mt Leinter race again in July. And if that is not enough for you and you also enjoy a bit of road running we are organising the Enniscorthy Strawberry Festival Half Marathon on 27th June on the Sunday of The Strawberry Festival.
