Headphones are prohibeted in our races

This is just a gentle reminder to everyone, especially to new runners who may not be aware of it, that Headphones are banned from being used in IMRA races for safety reasons. A few potentially dangerous situations developed in recent races which were caused by headphone-wearing runners not being fully aware of their surroundings.Forum Messages
