Reminder regarding Headphones

This is a reminder to everyone, especially to new runners who may not be aware of it, that Headphones are banned from being used in IMRA races for safety reasons. The recent Howth race had a large number of new runners, some of whom were unaware of the rule. They were reminded either at the start of the race or at the finish line. However, for all future races this year, anyone caught with headphones during the race will not have their result recorded (a DNF result).Forum Messages
